Lexa AI Terms of Service

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Boise, Idaho.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any other legal notices or agreements published by Lexa AI, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lexa AI regarding your use of the Service.
